1. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions, and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

2. This promotion is only open to Great Britain residents (excluding residents of Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands) aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. All winners of prizes and their guests must also be aged 18 or over. Please note that delivery restrictions may apply.

3. Internet access is required, and entrants must have an email address. If you do not have an email address, you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. Participants may enter only once until the Closing Date. No automated entries are permitted, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts. Max one prize per person.

6. Promotional Period: Submit your entry between 12:00 on 1st May 2025 and 23:59 on 31st July 2025. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.

7. To Enter Prize Draws: Visit the promotional page on the Denhay website: denhay.co.uk/getaway and enter using your email address.

8. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

9. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force,’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

10. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

11. The Prizes
a. There are four prizes to be won in this promotion, max one per person. More information regarding the prizes can be found on the promotional web page:
i. A luxury 3-night farm stay for up to 4 people at Little Comfort Farm, North Devon. The prize will be awarded as a voucher and the winner must confirm dates directly with Little Comfort Farm. Prize must be taken by 15th December 2026.
ii. 1 of 5 bumper boxes of Denhay Bacon, each box will include:
1. 1 x Smoked Back Bacon 200g
2. 1 x Unsmoked Back Bacon 200g
3. 1 x Smoked Streaky Bacon 200g
4. 1 x Unsmoked Streaky Bacon 200g
5. 1 x Smoked, Thick Cut Wiltshire Cure 200g
6. 1 x Lardons 150g

12. Delivery restrictions: We do not deliver to the following postcodes:

a. AB (all), DD3-11, DG3-14, DG16, EH35-40, EH42-46, FK8, FK17-21, G83-84, HS1-9, IV1-28, IV30-36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA6, KA18-19, KA26-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, KY9-10, KY14-16, ML12, PA20-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH3-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TD1-15, ZE1-3.
13. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the promotional period on 7th August 2025 at 11:00 AM. Winners will be chosen using a random number generator and will include eligible entries entered throughout the promotion. Draws will take place at 11:00 AM, 11:05 AM, 11:10 AM, 11:15 AM, 11:20AM and 11:25AM.

14. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter and will be contacted by 15th August 2025. Winners must respond within 14 days of initial notification to confirm their acceptance of the prize and provide their delivery address, email address, and telephone number.

15. If a winner does not respond after two attempts within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify them and select a new winner using the same methodology.

16. This process will continue until an eligible winner claims the prize.

17. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email address in case they are selected.

18. Winners List: The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties of residence within 3 months of the closing date. Entrants can object to disclosure or request limited disclosure by contacting the Promoter. However, the Promoter may still be required to share the details with the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, including requesting proof of address and ID (passport, driving licence, or equivalent). The Promoter may disqualify any entries deemed non-compliant with these terms and conditions.

20. Publicity:Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including the use of their name and image in Denhay promotional material, social media, and website content.

21. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

22. Disruptions: If this promotion is affected by factors beyond the Promoter’s control (e.g., computer viruses, fraud, technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion.

23. The Promoter is not responsible for any interruption of service on Facebook or Instagram due to technical issues. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants accept that they have no claim against these platforms.

24.The Promoter is not liable for:
a. Any fraud committed by third parties.
b. Any network, computer, hardware, or software failures that may restrict or prevent entry.
c. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be removed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in full effect.
d. Participants must comply with Instagram and Facebook rules when engaging with the promotion.
e. The Promoter and its partners are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss suffered in connection with this promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., personal injury or fraud).

25. By entering this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

26. Governing Law: This promotion shall be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts, unless you live in Scotland, in which case Scottish courts will have jurisdiction.

27. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use personal details for the administration of the promotion and will not use them for any other purpose without consent. Personal data will be stored for 3 months after the promotion ends before being deleted.
