We remain faithful to traditional methods to produce the best bacon, so we rub every pork loin by hand with a sea salt cure and always allow the pork to mature slowly before slicing. Our methods mean that – time and time again – the result is wonderfully full flavoured and succulent rashers of bacon.
Freedom Food is the RSPCA's farm assurance and food labelling scheme. It is the only UK farm assurance scheme to focus solely on improving the welfare of farm animals reared for food.
