Denhay Dry Cured Bacon comes in 200 gram packs and is either smoked or un-smoked.

Dry cured in sea salt and fresh sliced to avoid white scum, this bacon tastes like bacon "used to taste". Here are a few comments made by customers during recent tastings:

Made in the same method as our Back Bacon in sea salt and fresh sliced, our streaky bacon makes simply 'the best' bacon sandwich, perfect to crisp to your satisfaction and add tomato, lettuce and perhaps mayonnaise for a great BLT.


Whole pork legs are cured on the bone in a natural mixture of West Country Bramley Apple juice, West Country honey, curing salts and local herbs. They are then lightly smoked over beech wood and air-dried for around a year, producing a unique 'prosciutto' style product. The ham is then trimmed, boned and very thinly sliced before being vacuum packed into 70g, 115g and 230g packs.
Denhay Air Dried Ham is delicious served simply as a starter with melon or asparagus and it is wonderful to cook with. Wrapped around either salmon fillets or chicken breast and then baked in the oven it adds a unique depth of flavour to food. It is also excellent used in pasta sauces
.
