Visitors Get Down and Dirty at Denhay

Denhay Farm held its annual Open Day on 14th August. This is the one day of the year when Denhay throws its doors open wide to all visitors giving people a great opportunity to see what goes on at the farm.

All of the milk produced at Denhay Farm is turned into its award-winning Denhay Cheddar. Visitors were shown the cheese-making process and then shown where the cheeses are matured. Everyone then enjoyed a trailer ride to see the cows actually being milked and listen to a talk about cow feeding.
