Together
with other Farmhouse Cheese makers, Denhay works with Queens Award
winning business Coombe Castle International to export our cheddar
to many countries including the USA and Canada. Denhay Cheddar is
exported in 5 kg blocks, 3.5 kg Traditionals and in prepacked 300g
wedge.
We also make a specialty mini
cheddar – the Dorset Drum. This is either 2kg traditional cloth
bound or 400g black waxed. Both come in a gift box.
For the holiday season we produce a gift box which contains 3 cheeses
from three makers.
